Non-Fiction Bio

Dianna Narciso resides in Brevard County, Florida with her husband and three children. She realized atheism in her thirties and spent quite a bit of time trying to understand why that made her so hated in the general population.

She wrote a book about her thoughts on religion and atheism, Like Rolling Uphill: Realizing the Honesty of Atheism, and began a brief foray into activism, during which she founded Space Coast Freethought Association, sued the Brevard County School Board for allowing high school graduations in a local mega-church, and received Freedom From Religion Foundation's Hero of the First Amendment Award. Her article, The Honesty of Atheism, was published in Russ Kick's anthology, Everything You Know about God is Wrong in 2007. All this was an exhilarating experience.

Currently, Dianna blogs on atheism and her experiences in the movement, in Confessions of an Atheist, and Atheist View, as well as her philosophy of life in The Ugly Girls' Guide to Life. She blogs about all the things she can't stand about life in The Sunshine State, an adult-content blog that she does not recommend to the weak hearted.
